Nursery Management in Pedagogical Process

The master's thesis deals with the management of nurseries and related requirements, focusing on the management and the quality of the pedagogical process with respect to managerial and administrative duties of head teachers. The goal of the study is to analyse the motivation for running for nursery head teacher, adaptation process and head teacher duties, including the impact of managerial and administrative responsibilities on the pedagogical process quality in nurseries. Special attention is paid to the comparison of head teachers of different types of nurseries. The empirical part of the master's thesis answers the following questions: What was the motivation of head teachers for applying for the job? How many hours a day do head teachers engage in pedagogical and managerial activities? Do head teachers believe that their managerial and administrative duties have a negative impact on the quality of the pedagogical process? What are the differences between head teachers' jobs at different types of nurseries? The thesis uses both qualitative and quantitative research. A survey was conducted among a larger number of respondents, providing a basis for a questionnaire for head teachers of eight selected nurseries. Legal aspects of the competency of teachers in the context of school management

The final bachelor's thesis deals with problems of qualification and educating nursery schools pedagogical workers. It also deals with work of nursery schools headmasters in the area of administration (creating conditions for studying and organizing working of nursery schools during teachers' learning). It is also aimed at finding connections between interest in learning and proposed career code. It results from the research of relevant legal directives, professional literature dealing with learning abilities, pedagogical workers competencies and their gaining; further it results from electronic documents, contributions and articles dedicated to the issues of education and it also results from proposed career code issue for pedagogical workers. The thesis is based on results analysis of a research that was aimed towards nursery schools headmasters and pedagogical workers in Pelhřimov region. The thesis brings information on erudition of nursery schools teachers in Pelhřimov region and their interest in further education in relation to proposed career code. Further on it brings information on creating conditions for educating teachers of nursery schools in Pelhřimov region by their headmasters and organizing working of the school during teachers' learning.

The bachelor thesis deals with communication between leading of the school canteens and the directors of the nursery schools. Thesis maps which the communication tools use the leading of the school canteens and directors of the nursery schools for mutual communication. Find out how often communicating together the leading of school canteen and director of the nursery school, including the personal communication, how much time is devoted to mutual communication and what is content. For each communication theme compares what are the priorities of these themes for leading of school canteens and directors of the nursery schools.
Principal and the economics, maternity school financing and bookkeeping

This bachelor's dissertation is focussing on problems with the excessive strain of numery school principals. It describes all issues including principal responsibilities in sphere of economy, financing and accounting , and at the same time it offers potential solution of a workload reduction. This dissertation is based on a konfidence that should principal of numery school pay attention specialy to the pedagogic process management, there has to be an efficient separation of authorities among principals, school mid-management and external servise suppliers. In the final part of dissertation you will find the brief recommendation regarding principal options for the workload reduction and at the same time the reduction of risk of his economic responsibility in managing the school.
The Kindergarten Director evaluation as an instrument of his/her development

The aim of the thesis is to define basic terms - evaluation, evaluation theory, responsibilities and the role of the director of the kindergarten, kindergarten director's evaluation as a tool for his/her development. The practical part is focused on describing the tension between ideas and practice in the evaluation of the directors of kindergartens in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on explanation of the term "evaluation" and includes description of various theories of evaluation and their classification using not only Czech but also foreign literature sources. At the same time the terms such as the director of the kindergarten, his/her responsibilities and roles including the specifics of the work of the director of the kindergarten are explained. The end of the theoretical part is devoted to the evaluation of the director of the kindergarten. The practical part describes the findings which relate to the evaluation of the director of the kindergarten from the Czech School Inspectorate perspective.
